Sacramento Gun Range (SGR) is looking for an enthusiastic Client Advisor who will be responsible for identifying and enrolling new Members while also helping to retain existing members. The client advisor position nurtures relationships with existing Members so that they will invite their friends and colleagues to join SGR as well. In addition, they attend community events to help recruit new members.
Sacramento Gun Range’s Indoor Range is one of the country’s premier indoor shooting ranges and the largest indoor range on the West Coast. With 37 lanes and five separate ranges – 25 and 50 Yards- Sacramento Gun Range is the one of the largest indoor gun range in the California. We currently serve over 1,000 members.
Poway Weapons & Gear’s is looking for an enthusiastic sales associate with a passion for providing 5-star customer service to join our team. A positive attitude and team interaction are essential traits for our client advisors. Applicants must be congenial and sociable while providing the upmost professional behavior to manage our high caliber clientele.
Job Requirements
- Three years internal/external sales experience required. (Must be verifiable)
- Proven track record of sales performance.
- High-energy, outgoing personality.
- Outstanding written and interpersonal communication skills are a must.
- Strong technical literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Diplomatic team player able to foster relationships with Members, employee partners and other community leaders.
- Creativity, attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Applicant must exhibit a professional appearance.
- Applicant must possess a passion for providing high-quality Member service and commitment to exceeding expectations.
- Resolve complaints made by the members or customers.
- No criminal record that disqualifies you from being around firearms.
Experience/Education
- High school diploma required or GED
- 3+ Years Sales Experience
- Firearms knowledge is a plus, not a requirement
- Membership sales experience a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods.
- Repetitive motion required including computer entry.
Compensation:
Hourly plus significant uncapped commission
