Defensive Handgun 2 – 4/28 @ 12pm

This course is for the intermediate student who desires to become more fundamentally sound with handgun manipulation while drawing from the holster. Additionally, students will be coached on the fundamental skills involving administrative, tactical and emergency reloading, along with clearing malfunctions. Threat assessment will be discussed and evaluated. The pace of this class will be fast with consideration for the student’s abilities. We will use the non-stress environment of the classroom to develop the competency in the desired skill sets. Upon demonstration of competency in the classroom, our students will demonstrate these same competencies in live fire evolutions on the range while receiving continuous coaching by our staff members to further perfect these skills.
